工作內容

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a native Bahasa-speaking Customer Support Analyst to support EMQ's APP online customer service. Report to EMQ's Operations Manager, this role will greatly assist in our online customer service operation and deal with various user inquires, deliver news of promotion campaigns, and gather customer feedback and/or complaints with the purposes of optimizing our APP - EMQ SEND's quality, and most importantly, help grow the transaction volumes with high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure EMQ SEND's online customer service is delivered with a uniform standard by translating, liaising, and tackling consumers' inquiries.
2. Serve as a front-end pivot and support the back-end operation; exert CRM tools (e.g. Zendesk) in written messages to guide or keep the customer updated with various promotion campaigns or revision news.
3. Take ownership and responsibility for the fulfillment of customer satisfaction; continuously seek improvement by analyzing and managing customer feedback and/or compliant.
4. Work closely with EMQ's Product Marketing, Operations teams to promote our service and accelerate the transaction process; execute prompt resolution or escalate issues if necessary.
5. Customer information management and data entry; APP user community relationship maintenance; other ad hoc duties upon the manager's request.

其他條件:
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. College degree with proven written/spoken Indonesian (Bahasa) is a must; English ability will be prioritized; prior experience in any Customer Service similar role is highly regarded; can work with holiday/weekend shifts.
2. Able to take on a client-facing responsibility and cater to customers' needs with but not limited to proper use of tools (i.e. email, CRM, LiveChat, etc.).
3. Highly self-motivated learner who learns fast; good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail; patient and always tackle problems in a timely manner.
4. Teamwork spirit but can perform duty independently under deadline pressure.
5. Experienced with MS Office or G-Suite is a plus; Bahasa/English Type Speed above 50 WPM preferable.
