Implement assigned channel marketing communications activities through all available communications tools according to Group guidelines, directives and messages and in the frame of an approved budget. Provide general administrative services and secretarial assistance for channel business.
1. Channel support
Supports the local channel Sales organization/channel partner in performing complex administrative activities and takes responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs. Arranges channel meeting, product/service related training and marketing event. Prepares channel partner agreement and calculates rebate on the basis of channel partner yearly performance.
2. Channel strategy implementation
Follows and implements Group channel strategy toward local AVP and channel partners. Implements AVP authorization incl. maintaining market scope, business plan, channel partner agreement in SFDC. Trains local channel partner for ABB ordering/service/CRM system. Supports and advises channel partner in accordance with ABB and AVP branding guidelines.
Proposes and implements communication plans validated by line managers and restricted by the relevant budget.
Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping channel partners up to date.
Implements ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Channel performance analysis
Analyzes channel partner sales and revenue and prepares monthly report to managers.
Organizes events and technical seminar with channel partner to increase business image and to support business. Arranges business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers etc.
Manages the creation, production and publications of brochures, catalogues and other sales literature in either printed or electronic form to support channel sales activities and product launches.

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Good in English language
3. Excellent knowledge of relevant computer applications (SAP/MS office. etc)
4. Experience in channel/business process.
5. 3+ years knowledge customer support
6. Ability to work independently with challenging issue
