工作內容

The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Product Manager - Internal Systems & Automation to join our growing Product & Network Solutions teams. The Internal Systems & Automation team at EMQ is responsible for building and maintaining software solutions that empower our operational teams to do their work in a more efficient manner. You will be required to work with business and technical stakeholders from ideation to implementation and will garner intimate knowledge of our business operations.

Reporting to the Head of Product & Network Solutions, this role will be a driving force in increasing the operational efficiency of our business through smart software solutions. Success in this role will mean the delivery of solutions to complex problems in finance, operations & networks which will continue to support EMQ's growth and customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Be an advocate and leader for the development of internal software tools to solve the operational challenges of the business.
2. Work with key stakeholders and users across the business to develop systems that can help make their day to day easier and productive.
3. Identify data sources and data points that would help us to deliver better solutions.
4. Translate requirements from business users into deliverables for development teams and prioritize their development during sprints.
5. Management of the end to end SDLC for internal systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Background in finance and technology.
2. 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
3. Excellent organization skills.
4. Ability to work well with product designers and software engineers.
5. An analytical and metrics-driven work style.
6. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Prior experience at a startup, software, or consumer internet company highly regarded.
8. Be an effective & proactive communicator in both written and spoken English & Mandarin.
