工作內容

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
To provide administration support to ensure the smooth operation within Supply Chain Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Purchasing and Payment
- Create purchase order based on confirmation figures from MOPs (Marketing Operations) / CtC (Concept to Consumer) after Buying Meeting
- Based on actual market situation, generate/format the purchasing reports for CtC to adjust shipment to retailers
- Follow up the order progress, communicate with GSP / OM on daily operation and ensure that all information received are disseminated to all concerned and reverted on a timely base
- Responsible for the confirmation of information (price, order quantity and goods in status) on PO.
- Prepare all document, initiate the payment request and process the payment according to shipment status for both bulk product and sample orders when necessary
2. Systems and Process
- Assist purchasing manager to maintain and keep systematic and orderly records of product information including updating of such.
- Coordinate with OM, logistics group in operation of labeling and packaging process and provide proper relevant information to Regional OM and the factory timely.
- Provide the quarterly range database in adiportal system ensure proper information communicated to sales and customers
- Record the sample delivery and help CtC well manage the samples when necessary
- Assistant purchasing manager to monitor product delivery status, collates and summarizes all goods shipped against original launch plan monthly for reporting to concerned department
- Coordinate with sales team and CtC to provide proper information, help purchasing manager to work out business monthly rolling forecast-SNP and responsible for yearly purchase forecast
- Timely update product quotation, formulate the margin calculation for helping CtC to structure the price segmentation of products
3. Reports
- Develop reports that can provide all the necessary data for Management review purpose
- Generate different kinds of logistic reports such as shipment arrival status, outstanding orders, partial/short/late and critical shipment analysis
- Process claims thru adiComp/ aSIP
- Maintain a good input in system

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- SAP system
- advanced IT skill: word / excel /outlook / powerpoint
- Good at English reading, writing and speaking

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College/University education degree
- Minimum of 1~3 years’ experience in the logistics/operation/sourcing department a global consumer goods brand
- Strong knowledge and background of purchasing, operating and sourcing
- Work experience in garment, footwear or sports product industry
