工作內容

About the Job:
To support Taoyuan Marketing Manager in coordinating and implementing of Taoyuan marketing initiatives to drive visitation, customer engagement, IKEA Family loyalty program, fun-day out activities, and local community activities.
To support execution of Taoyuan commercial activities in the store.
To facilitate dialogue and co-worker involvement and engagement to support internal communication.

About the assignment:
To support Taoyuan marketing team and store CAL in coordinating and implementing of Taoyuan marketing initiatives and commercial activities to drive store visitation.
To support Taoyuan Marketing Manager in coordinating and implementing of Taoyuan marketing initiatives at store level to drive visitation, customer engagement, and organize and implement store specific fun-day out activities.
Work with SO Corporate and Internal Communication and store commercial and HR functions to foster strong co-worker engagement and facilitate internal communication.
Support the organization of local community activities to support company sustainability and other BP pillar initiatives and to build long term relationships within the local community.
Support the recruitment of Home Visits and other initiatives to find out PMA customer insights to support identifying store growth opportunity and identifying marketing directions.
Work with Taoyuan marketing team to manage store webpage on IKEA Taiwan official website to support store commercial focus are well communicated.
To support organization of other store level events including store BP kick-off, GWI kick-off, workshops based on store manager’s requirement.

About previous experience and skills:
Interest in home furnishing and design.
Proven experience of communication, organizing and executing activities.
