2021上半年度 Huemon Product Design Internship Program

『HUEMON DESIGN IS CREATIVITY HAVING FUN!』
HUEMON看重產品設計師在國際的視野，並認為設計師實務的培訓比理論更重要，此專案已成功讓入選者參與品牌企業專案計畫，實習者將參與半年度的專案開發，並需要對永續環境與產品設計抱有熱誠。本專案透過美國IDSA建議設計師之量身定制評估方案做兩階段審核，幫助有潛力的新人完成做職涯規劃。

Togather by creating HUEMON Product Design™ in the consumer goods market and improve the relationship between human and objects, we can both enjoy the presence of a happy, sharing and long-lasting value to each other.

Responsibilities:
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the design team’s activities, includes:
- Support design director in organizing various projects
- Join HUEMON Design Experience Workshop to provide design insights
- Provide product designs demonstrating process through sketches, renderings, visual thinking, storyboards & CAD modeling.
- Be able to follow specific instructions, follow tight deadlines, and work well under moderate supervision.

Requirements
1. Good understanding of office management.
2. Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
3. Exquisite communication and people skills.
4. Ambitious to work at HUEMON after internship.

Serious Applicants Only:
The two phases of the program are total 6 months,
- For first two months, HUEMON provides professional career review and evaluation report for the participating talents, which requires only a minimum of 24 hours between Monday to Friday.
- After the completion of the 2nd stage, you will receive the career audit evaluation and completion certificate.
- This program provides labor and health insurance but unpaid.
-If the participant would like HUEMON to cooperate with school internship credits, the content of the plan will be discussed separately.

注意無誠勿試：本專案兩階段共6個月，
- 第一階段兩個月，奇夢籽針對參與人才提供專業職涯審核評鑑報告，每週2-5只需最少時數24小時。
- 第一階段審核合格進入第二階段時薪制，結業提供第二階段職涯審核評鑑與結業證明
- 本實習提供勞健保但無薪。
- 若配合學校實習學分，計畫內容方案另討論。
