•Responsible for silicon foundries partners with volumes and strategic importance for Infineon.
•Responsibility for fiscal year Cost Reduction (CR) for supplier/s targets.
•Preparation of target CR for medium and long term for the supplier/s based on the demand forecast and market development.
•Contribution to the definition of the long term silicon foundry supplier strategy.
•Monthly monitor and reporting of the CR and Purchasing Volumes (PVO) projection for the supplier/s.
•Continuous alignment and cooperation with an international and multi-cultural teams all around the world (e.g. Front End SiFo, Divisions, Finance, Operational Planning and Controlling etc) to ensure consistent communication.
•Participation to annual negotiation event and responsible to set up annual price negotiation for its supplier/s.
•Responsible for RfQ towards its supplier for existing business and, together with Business Development (BD) of RfQ for new business awards following the RfQ standard process, evaluation matrix defined within Silicon Foundries Procurement Team.
•Arrange RfQ negotiations, prepare RfQ analysis and present to the Silicon Foundry Board (SIFO Board) for decision taking into account total cost of ownership.
•Contract negotiation, drafting and closure ensuring to capture all technical and other requirements from different stakeholders (e.g. Divisions, FE SiFo etc).
•Responsible for SES for its supplier/s, communication and corrective measures.
•Responsible for risk management of supplier/s
•Responsible for buildup and maintain supplier/s relationship to key decision makers, and organize, in cooperation with FE SIFO) Quarterly Business Review (QBR), where applicable.
•Manage the escalation for business issues towards and from supplier/s.

-Degree in Business Management or Industrial Engineering
-3+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement or a sales & marketing function.
-General knowledge of supply chain including manufacturing processes, logistics and quality management
-Strong negotiation and contract management skills
-Business acumen and team work.
-Good understanding of semiconductor industry.
-Fully proficiency in English.
