工作內容

Market Intelligence & Consumer Learning
• Identify business status with strong data analysis skill of reading category trends, brand health status, consumer needs and competitor dynamics, as well as brand sales performance with solid insight and finding behind.
• Leverage category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and reflect them for brand growth.

Brand Plan development & Execution
• Bridge global and regional guidance with local needs and develop local relevant campaign.
• With clear growth objectives, be the champion of completing holistic commercial plans, from business case building, communication development, media strategy and ensuring flawless on-time execution.
• Lead and work closely with external agency partners, timely implement the learnings and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate internally with trade marketing team/ sales team/ finance team/ supply chain to well-organized plan execution.
• Manage A&P budgets, expenses, and invoices for all activities to ensure accurate, up to date records.

Others
• Provide regular information on brand performance to management team and global brand team
• Perform other duties as necessary to support the objectives of division and company.
