Job Description:
1. Design case progress tracking & case quality management.
2. New design product development and online case processing.
3. Communication and coordination between departments within the company.
4. External customer communication and problem solving.
Responsibilities include:
• Gather and understand customer requirements. Verify whether the information is enough to initiate a design project
• Advise customer on hardware requirements to realize load board/module design projects
• Assess and estimate the hardware design project's schedule, effort, and feasibility
• Perform hardware project task planning, resource planning and mentor junior engineer to co-work on complex design and finish with high quality on time
• Manage project schedules and keep customers informed of the project status. Manage customer to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
• Keep close communication with worldwide teams, suppliers and customers
• Deliver hardware design training and seminars to customers
