Position Purpose & Objectives:
Ensure the accuracy of planning forecast, PO & shipping info. and facilitate after service & compliance operation to support sales target in Taiwan.
Major Tasks and Level Accountability:
PO placement, shipment follow up, payment term confirmation/ negotiation
Monitor the shipping process, logistics, vendors, transportation, invoice and customs events
Monitor supplier delivery against incoming customer orders and make sure on time delivery to customers.
Minimize short supply challenges, and discover, resolve, and communicate any future shortages
Work with various teams & functional areas of the business, incl. sales, marketing, finance team, and external agencies.
Drive the continuous improvement of Supply Planning and make sure customer no shortage stock
Compliance operation.
Conduct effective conversation with customers, repairers & end user.
Make recommendations to improve performance and work with team to ensure metrics are achieved
Qualifications-Knowledge and Skills:
Over 3 years Supply Chain experience
Strong communication skills with internal & external
Working knowledge of SAP system preferred
Strong attention for detail
Excellent English & Chinese communication skills, both oral and written, are required
Excellent time management and organizational skills are required
Education or Experience
University degree and above. Major in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or International Trade is preferred.
3+ years experience in International Trade Industry
