Requirements:
1. Advance Japanese, fluent in Japanese speaking
2. Basic English
3. Basic computer skills
What you do:
1. Support customers by managing tickets orders and answering general questions of the airline
2. Maintain member information

2. Provide Quality customer service on every call
3. Be at ease working in a structured and goal-oriented environment
