1. Setup and monitor supplier quality and raw material quality KPI with close loop action. 2. Collaborate with procurement team, production team, product manager, intercompany counterpart and customer facing team for fast-paced manufacturing operation or customer complaint/inquiry related with raw material. 3. Collaborate with leader of cross function teams to come out the raw material specification and negotiate with suppliers to reach mutual consensus, drive suppliers to meet product and customer quality requirements, CAPA implementation, process change management and improvement follow up. 4.
