If you are passionate in building and scaling up businesses in this fast-growing landscape, come and join our growing ShopBack team! 【Responsibilities】 - Plan, manage and execute long-term strategies in growing digital advertising sales with brands and agencies. - Consult global brands and their media agencies on media planning, budget allocation and optimization of each marketing channel. Use data/reports to make presentations and recommendations to clients. - Forge relationships with key decision-makers within the brands and advocate ShopBack’s advertising offerings. - Manage and generate revenue from developmental sales list or your own network. - Understanding on how to input advertising rates, key performance indexes, and any other sales-related functions. - Ensure timely & detailed analytical reporting of the key campaign outcome. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects such as onsite, graphics, performance, marketing and category teams. - Develop relationships for long-term growth. 【Requirements】 - Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major. - Proven with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Digital Advertising industry. - Experience in managing brands and agencies is compulsory. - Strong networks with direct clients and digital agencies is required. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural aptitude for communicating clear solutions to complex problems. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in English and Chinese. - Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time. - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with all levels of management internally and externally to strengthen partnerships. - Business acumen with a problem-solving and self-motivated attitude.
