Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant who will be part of our dynamic Taiwan team based in Taipei. How you will contribute • Managing customer master data ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all information • Managing order flow from order acquisition to order entry in compliance with agreed trade terms • Managing delivery flow by liaising directly with planning, logistics, and customers while acting as the first point of contact in the event of any queries/issues • Managing back-order ensuring a clean sheet • Managing goods return in compliance with agreed trade terms • Acting as customer’s first point of contact in case of commercial, logistics, and product claims • Issuing sales/customer-related reporting to the benefit of both the sales team and the customer • Implementing and enhancing customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems • Participating in ad hoc sales-related activities and projects
General Mission: This position is responsible for coordinating retail operational functions of Benetton/Sisley stores in Taiwan and supporting the commercial team, including retail head and area manager in development of the business and strive for achieving preset goals and deliver desired result. Major Responsibilities: • Together with the retail head to develop and monitor closely the action plan and incentive program to achieve the preset target. • Update and prepare daily and monthly quantitative and qualitative sales report for all direct stores in Taiwan. • Control and maintain the approved annual store budget for the whole retail operations. • Monitor the operation status of the stores and provide recommendations or solutions to improve the retail operation regularly to the Retail Manager. • Ensure all operational policies and procedures are thoroughly communicated to all retail sale team in a timely manner thru mails, memo and notices. • Work with the local merchandising team/VM/HR to organize store team orientation and seasonal product presentation. • Monitor and control packaging aligned with regional & HQ guideline. • Support the store team leader to maintain a high level of customer service in the stores and work with marketing team to handle customer's feedback • Liaise with in-house project team and outside vendors with regard to any maintenance needs of the stores and ensure stores are maintained to company standard and all issues are addressed in a timely manner. • Collaborate with various supporting team and vendors for managing store renovation, store relocation and new store openings and assist on the set up of store operation. • Oversee and consolidate all uniform orders for the retail sales team. • Support all administration work for staff sales operation. • Assist the Retail head to execute ad hoc projects and related administrative work
