【Role and Responsibilities】 The Solution Architect role is dedicated to delivering viable solutions and innovative system designs tailored to meet business requirements. In this capacity, the candidate will engage in surveying and developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging technology stacks. Key Responsibilities： 1. Requirements Analysis Collaboration： Engage in collaborative requirements analysis sessions with Business Analysts to gain a thorough understanding of business needs. Provide or conduct surveys to identify potential solutions aligned with business objectives. 2. Client Solution Presentation： Communicate proposed solutions or alternative approaches to clients in a clear and compelling manner. Ensure a thorough understanding of client expectations and concerns, fostering transparent and effective communication. 3. Developer Collaboration： Collaborate closely with application developers, both backend and frontend, to address issues and concerns. Offer expert guidance based on the specific project scenarios, contributing to the overall success of the development process. 4. System Enhancement Planning： Conduct comprehensive reviews of current system implementations and designs. Formulate strategic plans for necessary enhancements, ensuring alignment with service level objectives and overall business goals.

Wi-Fi Alliance seeks a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to construct and manage software systems to ensure the seamless operation of our Wi-Fi cloud services. SREs play a crucial role in exploring and incorporating effective methodologies for monitoring services, proactively identifying and preventing issues. Additionally, they are tasked with automating service recovery by implementing or adjusting software as needed. Core Responsibilities • Participate in an on-call rotation to address incidents affecting the availability of Wi-Fi cloud services. • Develop monitoring systems that generate alerts based on symptoms, mitigating the risk of service outages. • Enhance operational processes for handling reported issues, with a focus on automating repetitive tasks. Experience • Accumulated a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role. • Proficient in building software and systems using scripting languages, such as Python or Bash. • Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure on AWS • Demonstrated expertise in managing and troubleshooting on the AWS platform • Proven ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment • Comprehensive understanding of IP Networking • Proficient in Linux • Experience in log process and analysis • Experience with containers, such as Kubernetes and Docker is a plus • Familiarity with monitoring system such as Prometheus and ELK is a plus • Possesses strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients • Architect, construct, and sustain a deployment infrastructure that is both stable and scalable. • Collaborate with the software engineering team to troubleshoot production issues.
