Uncovering Insights Through Data:

- Prepare and disseminate various CRM and sales reports and analyses on a regular basis, providing our management and marketing/retail teams with valuable insights.

Excelling in Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional support in handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers on the development, printing, and distribution of all CRM communication tools, spanning SMS, MMS, email, LINE, and more.
- Take charge of shipping plans for CRM-related products, gifts, and samples, ensuring seamless delivery to our valued customers.
- Manage CRM-related purchase orders and payments with precision and efficiency.
