Responsibilities| • Demonstrates robust engineering expertise in electronic power products, particularly UPS products, to analyze and resolve product quality issues. • Guides the problem-solving process and collaborates with the relevant team to address and resolve product quality concerns raised by customers. • Proactively informs customers promptly about the status of quality issues to ensure customer satisfaction. • Evaluates failure issues raised by customers using methodologies such as 8D, A3, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Cause and Effect (C&E), among others.
