Main responsibilities, duties or tasks
The candidate is responsible for developing marketing strategies for all products and implementing all marketing activities to support the sales team to create demand for contrast media, II, injectors and disposables. The main goals & objectives of the Marketing Manager - are to enhance the Guerbet brands’ equities by implementing the DI & II BU global strategy at the country level & by maximizing the local tactics, and therefore generate visibility, value, sales & profits for Guerbet DI & II.
Main Responsibilities
-Develop marketing strategy and promotional programs to generate demand and sales of all Guerbet products BU (CM, II, ISS)
-Devise effective go-to-market strategy aligned with global strategy and local contexts
-Plan and implement key marketing programs and support APAC and global initiatives to enhance brand positioning and create demand
-Plan and implement all pre-launch and launch activities of new products
-Conduct training for sales team, distributors, and end users at hospitals
-Being the expert in all visual identity aspects as well as in Guerbet’s product specificities and differentiations
-Implement digital marketing in Taiwan along Guerbet’s digital transformation eco-system
-Diligently monitor healthcare trends, report the impact of changes and implications for the organization for new and existing technologies
-Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
-Influence several internal & external key stakeholders by articulating the DI & II brands clinical differentiation effectively & powerfully
-Identify marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's local footprints, forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share
-Meet marketing objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
-Frame Guerbet brand footprint at major communication events (congresses, workshops, symposia & local customer-centric events) in Taiwan
-Work with the Clinical Application & Medical team of Guerbet in tandem to ensure medico-marketing training of key internal & external stakeholders.
-KOL management (design & conduct KOL management program)
-Map out market trends by identifying customer insight thanks to market research, competitive intelligence data gathering & analysis
-Liaise with APAC and Global marketing for support and share practices
-Support sales teams in the congress organization and participation.
-Coach and develop marketing staffs for personal development
