MISSION:

ACTIVITIES
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks.
• Provides support to employees and managers when issues arise about policies and labor regulations.
• Manages talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for job vacancies.
• Manage monthly payroll process for APAC countries with vendor services.
• Responsible for APAC people data updates in global HRIS from time to time.
• Provides consultation to employees on learning and development programs that support internal development opportunities.
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Support Taiwan Country Manager with Taipei Office Administrative work such as facility management, stationary purchase, and office leasing contract renew…etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
