7. 資安系統建構、維護、管理,以及資安系統危機預防和處理

8. 協助線上課程,影音及數位化產品的基礎建設建置、規劃、維護及問題排除
Assisting in the infrastructure setup, planning, maintenance, and problem resolution of online courses, audiovisual, and digital products.
9. 協助支援公司各部門及會館的系統、環境建置、導入、上線、維修/維護
Assisting in the setup, implementation, launch, and maintenance/repair of systems and environments for various departments and venues within the company.
10. 公司及會館監控/保全設備維護及管理
Maintenance and management of company and venue monitoring/security equipment.
11. 協助網路弱電設備項目及相關設備採買標準
Assisting in network low-voltage equipment projects and related equipment procurement standards.
12. 預算內,做資源配最大化 Maximizing resources within the budget.
13. 資訊部門編列預算 Collaborating on budget allocation for the IT department.
14. 第一時間,問題故障處理,確認問題原因、排除,往後預防措施及報告
Promptly addressing and resolving issues and faults, identifying root causes, implementing preventive measures, and reporting.
15. 故障排除SOP文件 Creating SOP documents for troubleshooting.
16. 配合內部部門業務(包括但不限於)營運部,行銷部,教務,財部,人資部,商品部,工程部,中國資訊部
Collaborating with internal departments such as Operations, Marketing, Academic Affairs, Finance, Human Resources, Merchandising, Engineering, and China Information.
17. 對外聯繫溝通(包括不限)各系統平台串供商
