The main purpose of the role is coordinate Asia region monthly closing, consolidate and preliminary review group financial reporting package, tax package. Support audit tasks with group external auditors. In addition, the role is also responsible for several Asia regional and headquarter management reports. (1) Coordinate monthly close information, review financial reporting package of legal entities and ensure adequate information in place (10%) (2) Consolidate reporting package of Asia region with appropriate elimination adjustments (15%) (3) Consolidate quarterly tax package provided by Asian legal entities (10%) (4) Support group financial audit tasks with external auditors (10%) (5) Group daily cash report coordination, consolidation and submission (15%) (6) Support company quarterly forecasting and annual budget process (15%) (7) Support new reporting system implementation (10%) (8) Support projects (10%) (9) Ad hoc tasks in-time completion (5%)
