[MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES]
-Collect market intelligence and analyze consumer needs/behavior trend to support business/customer marketing planning
-Evaluate market dynamic and identify the “jobs to be done”, including deeper analytics for industry/competitor/consumer/product
-Work closely with customer marketing team to conduct pre/post campaign performance evaluation and optimization recommendation
-Assist and support customer marketing team for daily routine
-Report and present insights study regularly to internal team with quality infographic representation

-The ones who is always asking “WHY” and tirelessly searching for answers
-Interests in Brand development, Consumer insight, and data analysis
-Experience with marketing, online research, digital platform, and social media monitoring
-Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Strong data analytical skill
-Agile, proactive, problem solving and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
