The specialist of Exhibitions, Programs & Events is responsible for planning and carrying out grand & big events aside SEMICON Taiwan and Energy Taiwan (and/or other events in Taiwan as required). This role requires the ability to plan and implement activities timely, coordinate internal and external stockholders and resources, and lead new team members to adapt to the organization. The Sr. Specialist will ensure the positive results of the events/projects and work closely with the SEMI regional offices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as the main point of contact and facilitate communications with expo partners and external parties. (Including exhibitors, contractors, security, facility management, caterers, etc.)
• Coach the new team member to adapt SEMI’s culture and deliver good services to customers.
