MAJOR DUTIES： 1. Interpretation of all engineering documents, project specification, international standard & code and vendor document. 2. Inspection of the following mechanical works and equipment erection works - Material identification in accordance with drawings and specification before erection - Fabrication shop, equipment and tools, cutting machine, bending machine etc - Shop fabrication and field installation, cutting, spool identification and spool installation in-situ, beveling, fit up and pre-heating - Welding seam after welding - Tools, consumable and equipment for welding, welding rod - PWHT at both shop and field welding - Preparation, evaluation and review of welding record - Pressure test package preparation, review and approval - Line check and punch before pressure test and review and verification of punch clearing. Witness of the pressure test - Reinstatement after pressure test - Any other inspection in accordance with ITP 3. Output print of the TOMAS QC completion reporting form and distribute to the related parties 4. Input completed reporting form of the above into the system 5. Issue NCR ( Non Conformance Report) or any other type of defective report 6. Upon receipt of NCR or similar type of report from client, 3r party or authorities, identify and conduct corrective action supervising discipline supervisor or subcontractors 7. Verification of the system punch for hand over 8. Regular status reporting of the above works to QC manager Qualification： Bachelor’s of science and engineering college graduate, more than 3 to 5 years-experience of Piping supervising or QC inspection works of the oil, gas and petrochemical plant construction Technical knowledge of plant and Project execution, such as : - Piping design and engineering degrees - Experience/Certifications(mandatory): (1) RT Level 2 (2) Plenty of experience in RT film review (3) Knowledge in welding inspection - Experience/Certifications(welcome): CWI, MT/PT Level 2, 公共工程品管, etc ＊績效獎金1個月(未滿一年按比例計算) ＊本職缺為專案性質，目前專案到2025年中，如果可以接受再投遞，謝謝！
